The Houston Baseball Association (HBA) stands as the premier adult baseball league in the Houston, Texas area, offering a top-notch experience for players aged 17 and older. With a commitment to traditional baseball, the HBA provides both league play and tournament opportunities tailored to fit the needs of players who seek an organized and professionally managed environment. The HBA prides itself on delivering the highest quality of play and organization, ensuring that participants receive exceptional value for the time and resources they invest. Whether you're a seasoned player or returning to the sport, the HBA is dedicated to fostering a competitive yet community-oriented atmosphere where baseball enthusiasts can thrive.

Saturday's (Spring & Fall)
Sunday's (Spring & Fall)
Weeknights (Spring & Fall)

AA Competitive:

2026 SPRING SEASON
Games on Friday nights
10 Regular Season Games + Double Elimination Playoffs (12-16 total)
Fields used: The Rac - Katy, The Rac - Waller, TBD. (all fields will have turf)
Players in the Weeknight League should have at least:
- Varsity level, or
- College level or
- Past professional playing experience.
This league will require a tryout for new incoming players who are not currently aligned to an HBA AAA Weeknight team.
Full-Season Player Fee: $299.99

2026 SPRING SEASON
Games on Saturday's or Sunday's
10 Regular Season Games + Double Elimination Playoffs (12-16 total)
Fields used: Spring Spirit, Westbury Christian, Cy Park.
Players in the Saturday League should have at least:
- Varsity level, or
- College level or
- Past professional playing experience.
This league will require a tryout for new incoming players who are not currently aligned to an HBA AAA Sunday team.
Full-Season Player Fee: $279.99

2026 SPRING SEASON
10 Regular Season Games + Single Elimination Playoffs (11-12 total)
Fields used: Spring Spirit, Westbury Christian, TBD.
Players in the Saturday League should have at least:
- JV level, or
- Varsity level playing experience.
This league will require a tryout for new incoming players who are not currently aligned to an HBA AA Sunday team.
Full-Season Player Fee: $259.99

2026 SPRING SEASON
10 Regular Season Games + Playoffs (10-13 total)
Fields used: Westbury Little League, Westbury Christian.
Players in the Saturday League should have at least:
- Little League, or
- JV level playing experience.
This league will require a tryout for new incoming players who are not currently aligned to an HBA Saturday Recreation team.
Full-Season Player Fee: $226.99

2026 SPRING SEASON
10 Regular Season Games + Playoffs (10-13 total)
Fields used: Westbury Little League, Westbury Christian, Camp Sienna, Klien Cain.
Players in the Saturday League should have at least:
- Little League, or
- JV level playing experience.
This league will require a tryout for new incoming players who are not currently aligned to an HBA Sunday Recreation team.
Full-Season Player Fee: $226.99

Our goal is to offer the most organized and competitive adult baseball league playing experience in Houston to our players.

ALL players should have their own personal equipment:
- Wood Bats only
- Batting Helmet
- Fielding Glove/Catchers Mitt
- Catchers Gear (if applicable)
- Baseball pants (White or Grey)
- Cleats (metal, rubber, plastic)

All new Free Agents are encouraged to attend open tryouts. If no tryout dates are available, the league president will contact each free agent for either a private tryout, or a small group tryout with other free agents.
